After watching the Klapisch movie ‘Ce qui nous lie’, Maroussia decided to put a bit of whole grapes back into fermentation – and she did right! Écarlate, it’s new, it bursts of fresh red fruit and spices, it goes down pretty fast and the bottles don’t last (only 3000)!
To enjoy with friends at the aperitif as its fruit speaks for itself!
